I find that as usual the boxes of the figurines are always well protected and arrive in very good condition. I'm glad I discovered this site. This time I had a little problem with a figurine (defect) that you can only see when you unpack it, because the box is closed and the frigolite is well secured, but I was able to react quickly because the site immediately authorized my return or refund.

I've been ordering figurines for years. Not disappointed. Only it takes a long time to receive the pre-orders...I had made a pre-order and the scheduled date was postponed several times. It was supposed to be a birthday present. It's a shame.
