Very well packaged to protect the products purchased, which are well represented and compliant on their site. (happy with the creation of the wish list). I had a problem with the delivery to my relay point: "refused and returned to sender". I immediately notified Cadeaucity by e-mail, enclosing the carrier's tracking e-mail. After some exchanges with Cadeaucity, they prepared a new order for me, which was immediately sent back by another carrier, following their good advice and my agreement. The packaging was very limited, so the gift box was damaged, which isn't great because it's for a collection and the box is as important as the figurine.
