I placed an order for a reserved figure since January. They send me a notice that I can go pick it up and it turns out that the order has disappeared. The parcel shop doesn't know what happened and GLS is tracking it and no one gives me information. This is the first time this has happened to me and I am really upset because it has been reserved since January and it is a gift for Mother's Day.
