The product arrived quite quickly. And on top of that, it arrived in a much nicer box than I had expected.

Very happy to have received my "exchange figurine" so quickly ... there was a defect in the figurine of the first package and I asked for an exchange (bravo for the responsiveness and the system in place for exchange or refund) and more there was a little note inside to tell me that the package had been opened and checked by an employee of cadeaucity before being sent.
