Very satisfied. My parcel arrived quickly without any problems. Everything was very well packed. I'm happy with my purchases ^^. Because of course I was not satisfied with just a bag. What's more, I had placed a previous order which unfortunately could not be processed due to a shortage, but customer service was very reactive and I was reimbursed without any problem.

I made a 1st order wondering if it was reliable. There were some very good reviews, but well... all these figurines available on a single site, I was a bit scared. I received my parcel 3 days later, well packaged and the authentic figurines in their protected boxes. I was kept informed of the entire delivery process. As I was completely satisfied with this 1st order, I placed a second one. I'm 100% satisfied with this site. It's reliable from ordering to delivery. The only problem...is that we want to recommend it to others.
