The product packaging was very well done. The item corresponds in every respect to its description. However, the delivery was a disaster. I followed the delivery man and he came within 5 minutes of my house but did not deliver. I had to contact the delivery service for a new delivery.

I had a problem with the delivery to my relay point: "refused and returned to sender". I immediately notified Cadeaucity by e-mail, enclosing the carrier's tracking e-mail. After some exchanges with Cadeaucity, they prepared a new order for me, which was immediately sent back by another carrier, following their good advice and my agreement.
