I bought a lot of figurines and I received them intact and on time
Absolutely not, a damaged item, 20 days for the return, a week for the refund and they even withheld 1.80 I don't know why
The order placed on 01/08/2025 included two pre-order items, with an estimated delivery by the end of December.
As soon as the items were received in the warehouse, the order was shipped on 29/12/2025 and delivered on 02/01/2026.
To date, this order has not resulted in any complaints or returns from you.
Could it be a confusion with another shopping experience at another company?

Delivery is slow and communication about it is even slower. Delivery seems to be coming from France, but that is not really clear. Then it takes almost 3 weeks to arrive. Picking it up myself would have been faster.
