I have been a loyal customer of Gift City for many years. In particular, I have always purchased numerous Disney Traditions figurines by Jim Shore : exceptional products, with perfect reproductions of the various (and often unusual) Disney characters. For some time now I have also been buying Disney Loungefly backpacks : gorgeous, with attention to every detail. In addition, the packaging of the packs is always perfect as well as the timing in the execution of the order. I once used customer service to ask a question about an item to purchase and the answer was given to me within minutes! Bravissimi!!! I am really satisfied with the products and highly recommend them.

First order on this site I was really delighted, I was mistaken in writing my e-mail address I wrote to customer service who was responsive immediately and sent me back the mails on the right address, I am also delighted with the figurines I received they are very beautiful and not any defect despite the box defect (I had ordered those with damaged boxes already announced on the site) and all was very well packaged I recommend without hesitation!
On your side nothing to complain about but on the other hand the DPD carrier is to be banned 🤬 my parcel was dropped off in front of the door in front of a building other than mine and without anyone to receive it and yet I was at home. Luckily no one stole it. if I had been a dishonest person I could have said I never received my package. If I recommend you, I would like to change carriers.
