I have been a loyal customer of Gift City for many years. In particular, I have always purchased numerous Disney Traditions figurines by Jim Shore : exceptional products, with perfect reproductions of the various (and often unusual) Disney characters. First order on this site I was really delighted, I was mistaken in writing my e-mail address I wrote to customer service who was responsive immediately and sent me back the mails on the right address, I am also delighted with the figurines I received they are very beautiful and not any defect despite the box defect (I had ordered those with damaged boxes already announced on the site) and all was very well packaged I recommend without hesitation!
