I purchased a Disney birthday gift. Beautiful, more beautiful than in the picture. It was shipped to me in the promised time but there was a small misunderstanding with the courier : I wrote to the customer service of the city of the gift they replied to me Immediately and they immediately took care of contacting the courier and in less than 48 hours the delivery took place. The products were very well packaged and delivered on time. The only downside was that I had to pay an extra euro to have the parcel signed for, which was not the case. Luckily for me, there were no problems with the products... and paying an extra euro for nothing!
