Regarding what I ordered , finally everything right , and it seemed to you , each object was surrounded and housed totally and completely by the Styrofoam that contains them , we just missed that they were broken , which is not , good thing that to protect them that all 'around there was the shaped box of Styrofoam that contains the objects that I wished to have .

I ordered a figurine but it didn't arrive because the deliveryman decided not to come to the Village anymore (long live GLS), so I had to go and pick it up at a gls depot not very close to my house. When I got home, I removed the box and threw it away. I offered the figurine a few days later and it was broken. Reply from cadeaucity: "just glue it back together! Very disappointed

Some days, vehicles will be able to pass through, others not. As far as exchanging the item is concerned, our customer support simply told you that you must return the item in its original box, without which it is impossible to activate the warranty. The packing carton is of no importance.
