I ordered a figurine but it didn't arrive because the deliveryman decided not to come to the Village anymore (long live GLS), so I had to go and pick it up at a gls depot not very close to my house. When I got home, I removed the box and threw it away. I offered the figurine a few days later and it was broken. Reply from cadeaucity: "just glue it back together! Very disappointed

Good evening I received the order before Christmas and this was positive, the negative thing is that the item ordered is failed unfortunately, I requested the return, now I expect another intact item or refund, too bad because it was a gift for friends for Christmas!!!

Perfect product. Quick and easy purchase, the site is great to consult. Only "flaw" that was not the seller's fault was the delivery, which was not made in 24/48h as described. Nothing however irreparable or catastrophic.

The package still has not left after two weeks. From their website I have had NO information and it arrived only yesterday, January 2. I can safely post your report. You left little girls without a gift, shame on you!
