First order on this site I was really delighted, I was mistaken in writing my e-mail address I wrote to customer service who was responsive immediately and sent me back the mails on the right address, I am also delighted with the figurines I received they are very beautiful and not any defect despite the box defect (I had ordered those with damaged boxes already announced on the site) and all was very well packaged I recommend without hesitation!

On your side nothing to complain about but on the other hand the DPD carrier is to be banned 🤬 my parcel was dropped off in front of the door in front of a building other than mine and without anyone to receive it and yet I was at home. Luckily no one stole it. if I had been a dishonest person I could have said I never received my package. If I recommend you, I would like to change carriers.

Merchandise ordered perfect, but arrived late as it was stopped at the carrier's location. I had to notify the seller myself for him to unblock the situation for me.

A wide choice of products, and even if some are expensive, it's their price. The loyalty program is very attractive, and delivery is quick and easy. The site has just had a facelift and is even more pleasant.

I often buy from cadeaucity and have never been disappointed by their service. Once you get a star, you can pay in instalments, which makes it easier to pay for large items. Cadeaucity my favorite site for Disney coins.

The staff answered a question I asked very quickly. Very efficient. As for the order I placed, it arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I also appreciated not having to pay for postage. It was really a good experience. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they'll continue to sell Harry Potter DP56 parts.
