I have been buying for a long time and have always been satisfied, never had any problems. Prices of sale items are the lowest on the market, Perfect packaging.

On the advice of a friend I made a purchase at gift city...Upon arrival of the package I thought I had made a mistake in my purchase so I emailed customer service.After two hours the response no mistake the figurines are made up like this. Very kind and quick to solve my problem. Maybe the site should be more explanatory though. Congratulations and thank you.

Perfect for this last order. On the other hand, I still have an order of 2 items pending: 1 available and 1 in restocking that should have been delivered at the beginning of July and the deadline was pushed back 3 months without notice. In the meantime, it's paid in full and I haven't even received the available item.

This was the first purchase I made through this site. The items are many, beautiful and the prices are competitive with other sites. The unpleasant experience is not about gift city but the courier they rely on, who 2 times claimed they could not find my address although it was correct and I had also left my cell phone in case. I therefore made a complaint to Gift City who assured me that they would redress the courier for this inconvenience. On their part, therefore, I received the utmost helpfulness and support for the difficulty related to the shipment (before, during and after). I will purchase again hoping not to run into this situation again
