On the other hand, I still have an order of 2 items pending: 1 available and 1 in restocking that should have been delivered at the beginning of July and the deadline was pushed back 3 months without notice. This was the first purchase I made through this site. The items are many, beautiful and the prices are competitive with other sites. The unpleasant experience is not about gift city but the courier they rely on, who 2 times claimed they could not find my address although it was correct and I had also left my cell phone in case. I therefore made a complaint to Gift City who assured me that they would redress the courier for this inconvenience. On their part, therefore, I received the utmost helpfulness and support for the difficulty related to the shipment (before, during and after).
