Nothing to say about the purchasing procedure or shipping, but unfortunately it is the product that did not satisfy me. A pair of boots that, a month after purchase, have a hole in the sole, for me they are not a good product. I add that after a couple of emails where I asked for explanations, I was answered like this: < the soles are subject to wear, in particular the extralight product from the spring/summer collection, is an ultra-light summer sole, which is not suitable for prolonged use in rain and bad weather > So I was advised to put in an insole and a rubber heel to continue using them. Maybe next time it would be better to write that they are display products, and not suitable for walking. Not a positive experience, and on top of that I feel mocked.

Dear Maria, what have we done that is so bad that we deserve zero stars ? One may not like a product, but one should always respect those who work and those who treat willingly those who need to make returns. Really sometimes reviews are difficult for us to understand.

In the collection we would need the half size , p.e. 35and a half because 36 is too big and 35 is a little too right almost standing

I placed the order one night at 11 pm and despite the hour I got clarification in chat. Now that's dedication to work!!! Great boots and great price, comfortable even on long walks (a mile and a half I guarantee). I don't agree the image a bit too fashionable but I am an incurable snob and I don't count. I recommend them.
