Hello, I used the old C4 bag for 1 year, but unfortunately the zipper broke and the slider came off. I ordered the new C4 without hesitation where the zipper has been shifted compared to the first one. I wrote to ZEFAL customer service, no news, I would have appreciated a commercial gesture.
