The stamp acquired is not useful to me and does not meet my needs. I don't think it's right to have to pay for return shipping. Moreover, the price of this product and the other one that is also part of my order is very expensive. There are other suppliers offering exactly the same products much more economically and even the bag for the bike rack, I found it for a little more than half the price (and they are their products with their brand). Therefore, NO, I am NOT satisfied.

We work closely with physical bike shops and do not want to compete with them with prices they cannot offer.

I chose Zefal because it is a French company. But as soon as I opened the package, I saw that the product was no longer the same quality as my previous purchase of the same reference: - quality of the plastic (much more "light" - phone placement with Velcro, much less practical as the phone is longer to insert, same for removing it. - and the made in China disappointed me for a French company, the initial reason for my purchase. Consequently, I make a link between the quality of the product and its origin. Previous purchase from memory in 2019. I doubt this one will last me as long. That's my feedback.

Overall the shopping experience was good. A couple of feedbacks: 1. The shipping for these nozzles I ordered was way too expensive. The reason I bought them was the original one broken down just in one year. 2. The customer service provided me the wrong nozzle after I inquired where I could get the replacement nozzles. Fortunately I checked the pictures closely and chose the different one at my own risk.

Not seeing my order arrive and especially having no tracking email, I called. No phone number on the site. Thank you Google. I leave a message for someone to call me back. They don't do it. I call back and I'm told they forgot to take care of my order but they will do it right away. I request express shipping to make up for it. Nope.

Hard to conceive that delivery does not happen abroad, or at least in Europe
After 5 hikes, I had to re-sew the waist strap... The seams on the straps could also be reinforced
