Lack of recipes and techniques to cook pizza dough properly

My zippa gas oven is very good, lacks a little power in the flame, the stone has trouble getting up to temperature. But apart from top baking, top oven, pizza night every Friday night for less.

I'm not satisfied, because no one has ever taken the time to respond to my requests. However, I am satisfied with the products I have purchased.

Does not rise above 350 degrees despite half an hour of heating

Very nice product aesthetically, but the front door opening isn't wide enough to see into the oven properly. What's more, to really get a pizza cooked in 1 min, you have to raise the oven to 400degrees, but in fact you have to open the front door and feed the oven with pellets several times before the stone gets hot and the oven doesn't lose 200degrees all at once as soon as you open the front door. Especially if you want to make 2 pizzas at the same time... First pizza cooked in 4-5 min 2nd in 10 because the oven went down to 100 degrees and didn't come back up...

The oven is of a very high quality but the instructions for successful baking are very slim and insufficient for my taste. The first firing was a total failure. Too little explanation of the essential requirement that the stone be heated to at least 350 degrees for a good while, otherwise everything sticks to the stone. I had to go and see some tutorials on you tube. The same goes for cleaning it afterwards, as everything had toasted and caramelized on it.

The delivery company is really not fast 5 days to come from you to my home while others do it in 2 days Apart from that I am satisfied.

Very disappointing. You can't even get the temperature you need to cook the pizzas. The wooden serving boards warped as they dried after hand washing.

Lack of explanation for optimal use. How to really heat the stone

The stone does not turn around when the pizza is on it in the oven. We keep having to turn the pizza around manually which causes the oven to drop in temperature. It's very frustrating!

Hello I am absolutely not satisfied with the combustion of the pizza oven. I do use pellets, but maintaining the temperature is complicated. In addition, the thermometer doesn't go up to 400°C. Customer service tells me that this is normal because the thermometer is at the front of the oven. I asked for a gas oven to replace it, but Ziipa refused. I don't recommend the pellet oven over other well-known brands. I was seduced by the knob but that's about it.

After several exchanges with their CM, he told me that he would alert me before the next code was introduced, so that I could benefit from it. I had an event planned (wedding anniversary) and wanted to be able to make pizzas for it, so I placed an order without a promotion in order to receive it in time (due to the May bank holiday). I was disappointed to see a promotional code on their Instagram page just 2 days after my order... Despite my contacts and explanations, they didn't want to know... In short, a great product but very poor merchants...

top-notch service and follow-up, with very pleasant people, but a lot of technical problems with a faulty oven (door malfunctioning) and despite very good contacts and follow-up, we had to send things back, then finally have the oven repaired... so it took a few months to finally be able to use the oven. a commercial gesture, for example, could have been considered in view of the substantial purchase. as far as the oven is concerned, (apart from this detail of the door not closing) the only snag is the wheel for turning the pizza, which isn't ideal. We also had to buy a 2nd shovel. We're fully satisfied, apart from the caster detail and the time it took to deal with the product's door problem.

Overall satisfied, although it's still very difficult to maintain the right oven temperature ...
