The stone does not turn around when the pizza is on it in the oven. We keep having to turn the pizza around manually which causes the oven to drop in temperature. It's very frustrating!

Fast delivery, impeccable packaging

Very efficient: fast cooking time. One small drawback: the consumption of pellets is substantial and not necessarily easy to manage at first, but that will come with time.

For those who dream of making homemade pizzas, it's ideal, practical to use, quiet and fast. A slight drawback is the lack of tools to use it properly (pizza peel), which you have to buy in addition. For the price of the oven, a shovel could be supplied. However, I'm satisfied with my purchase and recommend ziipa ovens.

Good product, but the pellet container is too small and needs frequent refilling.

Material conforms to the description, well finished on the outside, ultra efficient, we enjoyed ourselves, the rotation system is for me a plus even if it requires you to size your pizza dough well. A small problem with the rotation system: it's slightly tilted (fixing the system, support slightly askew)... it doesn't bother us much, but it does require a certain "helping hand"... too bad, otherwise it was perfect.

Pallet arrived damaged with a half-empty bag of pellets. After calling the store, I was promised that customer service would call me back. Since then, nothing....

Purchase pellet oven - knife - shovel and dough cutter - pizza oven containing many manufacturing defects considering its price - disappointing for this first purchase that I was looking forward to offering on Father's Day ... :-(

Faulty thermometer, waiting for a new one...

Despite 3 attempts and different wood solutions in quality and quantity, the flame goes out very regularly (1 to 2 times per pizza cooking). This is tiring...

Very nice oven, the pizzas are great One big remark about the backfire when you open the front of the oven to check it...it's potentially dangerous and the plastic handle doesn't handle it very well, plus the pellet compartment doesn't slide out perfectly...you have to be well prepared to take full advantage of it.

Hello I am absolutely not satisfied with the combustion of the pizza oven. I do use pellets, but maintaining the temperature is complicated. In addition, the thermometer doesn't go up to 400°C. Customer service tells me that this is normal because the thermometer is at the front of the oven. I asked for a gas oven to replace it, but Ziipa refused. I don't recommend the pellet oven over other well-known brands. I was seduced by the knob but that's about it.

The product itself is very good! and the pizzas very good. I had met Ziipa at a trade show, and told them of my interest in the product. At the time, they suggested I follow them on social networks, as they often sent out promotional codes. After several exchanges with their CM, he told me that he would alert me before the next code was introduced, so that I could benefit from it. I had an event planned (wedding anniversary) and wanted to be able to make pizzas for it, so I placed an order without a promotion in order to receive it in time (due to the May bank holiday). I was disappointed to see a promotional code on their Instagram page just 2 days after my order... Despite my contacts and explanations, they didn't want to know... In short, a great product but very poor merchants...

top-notch service and follow-up, with very pleasant people, but a lot of technical problems with a faulty oven (door malfunctioning) and despite very good contacts and follow-up, we had to send things back, then finally have the oven repaired... so it took a few months to finally be able to use the oven. a commercial gesture, for example, could have been considered in view of the substantial purchase. as far as the oven is concerned, (apart from this detail of the door not closing) the only snag is the wheel for turning the pizza, which isn't ideal. We also had to buy a 2nd shovel. We're fully satisfied, apart from the caster detail and the time it took to deal with the product's door problem.

Overall satisfied, although it's still very difficult to maintain the right oven temperature ...
