Great brand. However, I had difficulties using the pellet dispenser properly... It suffocates the fire every time, but it might be due to my improper use.

Lack of recipes and techniques to cook pizza dough properly

My zippa gas oven is very good, lacks a little power in the flame, the stone has trouble getting up to temperature. But apart from top baking, top oven, pizza night every Friday night for less.

Good, but the flap where you put the pellets doesn't hold very well, as does the "door" at the front, where you have to put it upright for it to hold. Otherwise good product.

Very nice product aesthetically, but the front door opening isn't wide enough to see into the oven properly. What's more, to really get a pizza cooked in 1 min, you have to raise the oven to 400degrees, but in fact you have to open the front door and feed the oven with pellets several times before the stone gets hot and the oven doesn't lose 200degrees all at once as soon as you open the front door. Especially if you want to make 2 pizzas at the same time... First pizza cooked in 4-5 min 2nd in 10 because the oven went down to 100 degrees and didn't come back up...

The oven is of a very high quality but the instructions for successful baking are very slim and insufficient for my taste. The first firing was a total failure. Too little explanation of the essential requirement that the stone be heated to at least 350 degrees for a good while, otherwise everything sticks to the stone. I had to go and see some tutorials on you tube. The same goes for cleaning it afterwards, as everything had toasted and caramelized on it.

Very disappointing. You can't even get the temperature you need to cook the pizzas. The wooden serving boards warped as they dried after hand washing.

You're forcing me to buy a thermometer (mine works fine) when all I need is a toothed belt (which is very fragile ...). This is forced selling ... not legal at all !!!

I'm very surprised that everything is made in China. Nothing clearly indicated this. Only the word "France" was visible. I'm very disappointed...

Haven't tested the oven yet. But the accessories aren't all top quality. The dough spatula is really cheap. The wooden handle is just glued to the metal part and doesn't hold. Much too expensive for Chinese equipment. After-sales service very slow to respond even though it's not the height of the season yet. I hope I won't have any problems with the other products.

The 5 star is missing because there was an open bag of Pellet on delivery.

The order and customer service is top notch, but the carrier is no good. The parcels arrived torn and the boxes soaked in oil.

I like the ziipa gas pizza oven, I quickly got the hang of it and was able to make very good pizzas. On the negative side, there's no video explaining how to bake a pizza in your gas oven, and after several tests, the oven never exceeds 350° celcius, a shortfall of 50°c can be felt on the refractory stone which, by the way, was only installed to us when we didn't know which way to lay it, the bare side or the writing side. In other words, a good oven to see over time (the plate located in the ceiling of the oven used to bring the heat down on the pizza has no assembly instructions and moreover already indicated a state of rust) a very good experience to share with family and friends the cooking of pizzas and well. Thanks a lot

The stone does not turn around when the pizza is on it in the oven. We keep having to turn the pizza around manually which causes the oven to drop in temperature. It's very frustrating!

Very efficient: fast cooking time. One small drawback: the consumption of pellets is substantial and not necessarily easy to manage at first, but that will come with time.

For those who dream of making homemade pizzas, it's ideal, practical to use, quiet and fast. A slight drawback is the lack of tools to use it properly (pizza peel), which you have to buy in addition. For the price of the oven, a shovel could be supplied. However, I'm satisfied with my purchase and recommend ziipa ovens.
