I had a small issue with my pizza oven; I was missing a small screw in the refill compartment. I sent an email to customer service, which quickly addressed my request and sent me the screw by mail. I am really satisfied with the seriousness of this brand, and moreover, with their oven, which we enjoy using! Thank you!

Ziipa product perfect and meets our expectations. However, we paid for home delivery to receive the items express. Delivery was scheduled for Thursday. Ultimately, the delivery was delayed, our package was stuck at the depot with no news or reason. Package finally available at the Post Office Saturday morning (not possible for home delivery). Not possible to pick it up Saturday before noon, we had to wait until Monday to go retrieve it!
