The device ordered did not work. I sent it back

The parcel was scheduled for delivery on Monday and fortunately I phoned you Simon I still won't have my parcel. This is the second time I've had delivery problems with your carrier Dpd.

Not satisfied sent expired products and only partial refund

Some of the goods received had expired. Several pictures were sent to the support on request, to which there was no response. I will not be ordering from them again!

The products are great, but it's hard to get them in quantity, which means you can't take advantage of the free shipping offered! Is this intentional?

The order took a long time to arrive because the product was out of stock, whereas when I ordered it it was not out of stock.

The plastic cap of the prodiut was broken. Two lunatics were arrested like that.

Package received 3 weeks after order placed on website... I had to go and buy products for the maintenance of my reef aquarium in a hurry from another retailer... Customer service didn't reply to my emails asking about the delivery time (email sent 7 days after placing the order).
I finally got someone on the phone who informed me that, due to a computer problem, the stock displayed on the website did not correspond to the actual stock... And that one of my products was out of stock.
The person on the phone didn't want to send me the first part of my order in a first parcel, so that I wouldn't have to go to another store.
It's a pity, because I've already ordered from Zoanthus several times without any problems.
However, I would still recommend this store, which has proved its reliability in the past. A word of advice to the Zoanthus team: if the problem occurs again, it would be advisable to inform the customer by e-mail, and to offer to send the parcel in 2 instalments in order to deliver the essential products within a reasonable time.

Order placed on 08/12/22. received quickly but products that you pay a lot for don't even have a 1-year shelf life!!!!! Expires 08/23....
