Shipping costs too high for a single item ordered

Received two boxes with 3 B ampoules and two A ampoules, whereas the instructions mention the opposite. The treatment for day 7 is problematic as the 3rd A ampoule is missing. I sent an email but got no reply. Disappointed

Sometimes it's a bit tricky to find the product you're looking for.

Prices are pretty good, as is product availability. HOWEVER, the after-sales service is completely out of order. I sent a product to the after-sales service more than 4 months ago and have not heard from it... Despite several emails and phone calls, no one has replied. Especially the shipping costs of SAV and charged to the customer. In short, it's a real shame.... I'm still waiting for my after-sales product......

It's very easy to search for a product on the site, with intuitive navigation. Fast delivery, with information communicated in real time right through to collection at the relay point.

the handling of the product lists is not very pleasant, because when a product is in "details" consultation, the return to the list is done randomly (?) you have to scroll down the list again to find the place where you were... boring A pity, because the product sheets are well classified and pleasant to look at, technically well informed.

The delivery was not made to my home but to a relay 6 kilometers away.

Some problems with ghl delivery

Product inside packaging received in "poor" condition (dirty with traces of wear?). Customer service needs to be improved, because there's a bit of bad faith here. However, I've had no problems so far, and I've always given them 5 stars. The site sells quality products, and in my case, delivery has always been extremely fast - and for that, thank you Zoanthus!

Hello I received an open box where the spoon was missing, so it was unusable and I couldn't reach the customer service. Very disappointed.

Not at all satisfied, the order arrived more than 3 weeks after the order because the package was damaged.
Once I received my order I opened the parcel and one of my buckets was broken and magnesium was spilled in the bottom of the box...

The cuprisorb arrived with the lid already open. I'm not happy to receive products that look like they're not new. My request for an explanation didn't convince me and the person in charge wouldn't listen. I can return the product for a refund, but at my own expense.
What's more, the activated carbon arrived in a bucket without a label and without any explanation or instructions on how to use it, which is impractical and forbidden in France (I subsequently received explanations by e-mail). In short, I'm not satisfied with this order.

I am very dissatisfied with one of the products I bought because it doesn't work. I filed a complaint with zoanhus the same day it was delivered and in use - it's been 3 days and still no news :-(

I'm still waiting for the rest of my order and the product description is not clear.

The tracking of my parcel was not top notch, my parcel had already been gone for several days when I received the departure notice, then it was at the relay point long before I received the SMS to go and get it, and finally the ROWA resin article was half empty in the box.

First order received very quickly, ordered Monday morning received Wednesday morning. However, the box of one product arrived in poor condition and this was not due to the delivery as the package was in very good condition. Even if it's just the box, I think it's a shame because I like to keep the boxes in good condition in case of resale of the equipment. Even if it's just the box, it's average for a new product. Another product had a box in poor condition, it looks like a second-hand product, the box looks like it's been handled a lot and the product itself has rub marks on the corners (Milwaukee refractometer). Same reference as I ordered but not the same aesthetic as the product presented on the site. Not a problem in itself, but I was rather surprised.

A very large order arrived with very poor internal packaging, broken glass product, live sand that leaked during transport, etc. The person in charge got back to me very quickly, informing me that I would have to wait 24 hours before potentially finding a solution. For the past 15 DAYS, I have not heard from him, either by e-mail or on the phone. Order cashed, but after-sales service is non-existent as I write.
