Hello, Thank you for your review. I would like to reply to you because I do not understand your comments... Your package left our warehouse in less than 24 hours and was delivered within 2 days by Mondial Relay. (normal delivery time: 2/4 days). For more urgent orders, other carriers are available. For product explanations, did you contact me, if so I have no trace of them? Instructions are included on all packaging, followed by a more detailed explanation on all online product sheets. Of course, if that's not enough, I'm available by phone and email 7 days a week. For the 5% discount on your first order, everything is explained on the Zoanthus website. The first step is to sign up for the newsletter. A discount code is then sent to you by email, which you enter in your basket before placing your order.
For these 3 points, I find that your comments are not justified. Best regards Clément

very good but it's a shame we don't have free home delivery like some sites, we have to go to a relay point and depending on the timetable it's not easy to pick up our items, but I recommend it anyway, the products are great and the service is serious.

means,, zooplankton must be kept cool, why do you send a shipment on Friday, knowing that the delivery will be made at best on Monday, in my case Tuesday....? 5 days in a depot, (you can do better).

Hello, thank you for your advice. But I would like to tell you that Seachem Zooplankton should never be kept in the fridge before opening. The product has not been altered in any way during transport. So I don't understand your comment. The contract has been fulfilled on my side.

It's a pity that the free delivery from 69€ is only valid for a delivery in relay point and not at home as on other site. For the rest, nothing to say, top packaging and quality products. I also got the little extra which is the sample XD food.
