In that package, there were medicines I had ordered for my sick fish that have since died. The store is not at fault, the courier needs to improve.

When I placed the order, what I ordered was in stock on the site, so for me, no problem!!! After a few days when I saw that my order had not been processed, I got worried and contacted Zoanthus. There I was told that one of the products was out of stock (there were still 3 on the site!!!) and I was offered to wait 1 week, or to take another product as a replacement. I took a replacement one, but this shows poor stock management, and a lack of respect for the customer, since there was no information to warn me.
