Very negative about my order. A stock problem on a product that was available, then by magic a 2nd product that was also in stock unavailable. A proposal for a commercial gesture for the problems was not even made. I'm still waiting for a product.

My product nothing to say but for what it is delivery I paid to be delivered to me the deliveryman preferred to put me my package in point relay so no there I paid more expensive my delivery for nothing and I was at home the day of delivery so no mr did not pass

I ordered a product that was available on your site. And after 3 weeks nothing. I called and was told that the order was blocked because the product had not been restocked. To unblock the order I offered to put in an equivalent product. So I ordered a 350g tin of food and received a 150g tin as a replacement. If I had wanted to order 150 grams I would have ordered them from the start. Not very happy with the service

I received my parcel but it was frankly badly treated by the delivery company... moreover I did not have any email of follow-up of the order if it were in preparation or dispatched...

I only ordered from this site because I urgently needed a product for which there was a delivery delay from my usual supplier. Positive points: they seem to have a relatively wide choice. Negative points: you need a minimum basket of 69 euros for free delivery, otherwise it costs 7 euros. On these 2 points, it's much more than the competition. PayPal payment surcharge. In 2024, when payment by card (really secure???) is not overcharged? Others don't, but I'm sure Zoanthus will defend its restrictive practices for their customers... Finally, an avalanche of emails at every turn. If you find what you're looking for, good for you; I wouldn't recommend it unless you need a product that the competition doesn't have.

Unfortunately, the parcel was damaged. After-sales service was reactive but not optimal in terms of compensation.

No problem with zoanthus, the problem comes from DPD who drop the parcel at a relay when I made home delivery and I waited all day, results I paid a shipment for nothing.

Very well received on time. However, the bucket of salt and the test were in the same box, the packaging for the crushed test and the small plastic jar for the crushed test. It's not my first order and it's the first time this has happened, so it's really not a big deal. Thanks zoanthus
