It's a pity that they don't warn you, that you have to take the necessary steps to find out the status of your order. However, customer service is reactive. The prices are good. Very fast delivery, products really well protected in the parcel, everything arrived in perfect condition. One star less because of frequent stock-outs, I postponed the order several times to get everything and benefit from free postage but when a product becomes available another is missing. As a result I'm missing some products and have paid the postage. As a result, I'm missing some of the products and I've paid the postage.
