A product that is restocking and takes a long time to arrive should be removed from the list and put back when it is available, not blocking a shipment until its arrival without even being sure that it will arrive! Or ship the goods and send the item later.

Could be better. The delivery was perfect, well packaged, nothing to say. However, at the price of the plants, I found better elsewhere, I got two rotten ones out of 6.
Order placed, I realized a mistake I had made, so I immediately sent an email afterwards to ask them to modify it, but I received no response from them and the order was shipped the next day without modification and as of now I have no response to the emails sent since the order. Not very serious.

I really enjoy shopping at Zoanthus. However, there are times when orders arrive slightly damaged (bottles with a slight leak, packaging damaged). These situations do not justify a return, but they show that the quality of shipping could be improved. I also understand that for international shipments, several carriers may be involved.

Salt bucket problem exploded...
Extremely fast shipping. Only small downside, one plant arrived broken.
However, after a few days of testing, the skimmer has proven to be underperforming and does not connect to the app via wifi even though I created a guest line at 2.4 GHz on the router specifically for this purpose. I am returning it with second thoughts in the hope that the seller will have common sense and will not apply penalties that would only, since I have already been a customer multiple times, drive me away from this seller, considering them unreliable.

When I placed the order, what I ordered was in stock on the site, so for me, no problem!!! After a few days when I saw that my order had not been processed, I got worried and contacted Zoanthus. There I was told that one of the products was out of stock (there were still 3 on the site!!!) and I was offered to wait 1 week, or to take another product as a replacement. I took a replacement one, but this shows poor stock management, and a lack of respect for the customer, since there was no information to warn me.
More than a week to receive the order (8 days). At first, since the seller did not indicate the reason for the non-shipment, one could even believe it was a scam. Then came a somewhat flimsy excuse (in vitro plants are hardly affected by heat, we are not talking about bouquets). It took insistence for the order to be shipped on the 7th day and received in less than 24 hours (very good point for that). However, the 2 ordered plants are not the ones received! lol If you order a specific variety, it's not to receive another variety. The non-shipment rather suggests a lack of stock and ultimately sending the wrong plants to avoid waiting. It's a shame because otherwise the shipment itself is well done and DPD was very fast, and the price is generally advantageous, especially on Seachem products. What a pity...
