Non-existent after-sales service, no response by email and impossible to reach by phone for weeks. Purchase of the Milwaukee refractometer and a calibration solution. The refractometer does not read the correct value.

Package received that opened during transport, several emails sent with no response, I contacted Clément who told me he would do what was necessary to resend the missing parts and again nothing received and no news either, really disappointed

Error in delivery, the item received is not compatible. I received the item in 7v width 11.5, ordered 9v 14.5cm. Therefore, I wish to return this item which is useless for me. Please let me know the procedure for returning this item. Thank you in advance, Annick Ferrari.

Product in stock at the time of the order and once paid, it was no longer in stock, too bad when it's urgent an essential lighting for corals.
Items advertised as in stock were not. Very slow follow-up. A partial delivery was proposed to me but not respected. I had to wait nearly 1 month in the end!!!
Order placed at 11 o'clock, additional order placed 30 minutes later. The second one was not honored without explanations until I inquired about it. After a week, I was told that additional shipping fees were due and I was offered either to place an additional order by paying the shipping fees or to get a refund; I requested the refund, and I am still waiting for it. I would like to point out that I have ordered over 3000 euros worth of various materials and products in the last 2 years. Business policy needs to be reviewed, in the meantime, one less customer.

The parts are incompatible and unusable as they are; I am waiting for a response from Zoanthus who was supposed to inform Tunze.
Regarding order no. RKQDXKPVL which, to date, is still "in preparation" despite the payment being made on 07.05.2025, it is presumed that it will never arrive. I am therefore forced to order another product to avoid losing the money already paid; the situation is very unfair also because before placing the order I wrote to you and you assured me that it was in stock (1 unit) and even earlier I had checked on your site and the product was listed as available in 2 units.

Is it really a glue for corals? I made 10 cuttings a month ago, I bought this glue for more convenience.. 2 days after gluing the corals, I have 9 dead corals, the only one that is alive is the biggest, the smaller ones didn't survive. I'm disgusted.

The cones on either side of the trap do not hold in place. The product is therefore useless as it doesn't work.
Very bad experience. Order delivered more than a week late, I ask for a refund, the service tells me they are doing the necessary...... Delivery made anyway. A company that does what it wants and doesn't give a damn about its customers. To be avoided
