Scam? After four weeks still no shipping confirmation or goods received

Some time ago, shipping costs were free for much less, magnet, candy... it was not much... Very disappointed

Too long a delay for the delivery of three filters

Ultra fast delivery, as every time, but this time I received a product that was broken and I didn't even need to open it to realize it since the ordered part was literally shattered (pump rotor). Good communication with the after-sales service who offered me a solution, but never implemented it.... So, yes, for this time... totally disappointed with this experience.

Fast delivery but the material arrived defective. Customer service responds to one email out of five and they are unreachable by phone.

Not the right product

Products in stock, my orders take a bit long to arrive

I received the ordered pump (over €190) but the product was a demo product and I had to return it because it was impossible to connect. I am still down and I hear that Zoanthus is finding a replacement solution!!

I have asked for instructions on the use & the connection of Aqua Della - Moss Rock S - waterfall with pump, but I never received anything. Totally unprofessional behaviour

Non-existent after-sales service, no response by email and impossible to reach by phone for weeks. Purchase of the Milwaukee refractometer and a calibration solution. The refractometer does not read the correct value.

Order never received. No response from customer service

Package received that opened during transport, several emails sent with no response, I contacted Clément who told me he would do what was necessary to resend the missing parts and again nothing received and no news either, really disappointed

First time I order on this site and I must say that I am very satisfied, serious, delivery that respects the deadlines really nothing to complain about

Error in delivery, the item received is not compatible. I received the item in 7v width 11.5, ordered 9v 14.5cm. Therefore, I wish to return this item which is useless for me. Please let me know the procedure for returning this item. Thank you in advance, Annick Ferrari.

Last order !! Opened product and non-compliant, incompetent and obnoxious customer service. I give one star because I can't give zero.

My order was marked as available but one item was unavailable, and no one notified me; I had to struggle to get information about my order after 10 days.

Terrible experience

I did not receive an item I paid for: ESHA - Exit - 180ml - Treatment for white spot disease Reference: ESHA-790003 I have already made a complaint but I am still without the item

Product in stock at the time of the order and once paid, it was no longer in stock, too bad when it's urgent an essential lighting for corals.

Items advertised as in stock were not. Very slow follow-up. A partial delivery was proposed to me but not respected. I had to wait nearly 1 month in the end!!!

Order placed at 11 o'clock, additional order placed 30 minutes later. The second one was not honored without explanations until I inquired about it. After a week, I was told that additional shipping fees were due and I was offered either to place an additional order by paying the shipping fees or to get a refund; I requested the refund, and I am still waiting for it. I would like to point out that I have ordered over 3000 euros worth of various materials and products in the last 2 years. Business policy needs to be reviewed, in the meantime, one less customer.

Hi, in fact the answer should have been yes and no! But let's put things into perspective (I will continue to order from you) but when we order an ICP test it's because it's urgent and we want to stop the loss of our animals... respectfully! Olivier Bruaut

The parts are incompatible and unusable as they are; I am waiting for a response from Zoanthus who was supposed to inform Tunze.

Regarding order no. RKQDXKPVL which, to date, is still "in preparation" despite the payment being made on 07.05.2025, it is presumed that it will never arrive. I am therefore forced to order another product to avoid losing the money already paid; the situation is very unfair also because before placing the order I wrote to you and you assured me that it was in stock (1 unit) and even earlier I had checked on your site and the product was listed as available in 2 units.

I did not receive the product

Is it really a glue for corals? I made 10 cuttings a month ago, I bought this glue for more convenience.. 2 days after gluing the corals, I have 9 dead corals, the only one that is alive is the biggest, the smaller ones didn't survive. I'm disgusted.
