Salt bucket was broken
I have not received my parcel. I've waited 3 weeks and the coli hasn't arrived yet! What can I do?
The cones on either side of the trap do not hold in place. The product is therefore useless as it doesn't work.

Received two boxes with 3 B ampoules and two A ampoules, whereas the instructions mention the opposite. The treatment for day 7 is problematic as the 3rd A ampoule is missing. I sent an email but got no reply. Disappointed

Prices are pretty good, as is product availability. HOWEVER, the after-sales service is completely out of order. I sent a product to the after-sales service more than 4 months ago and have not heard from it... Despite several emails and phone calls, no one has replied.
