I have not been informed by sms that the package has arrived. I need to trace it.
Does not work with a 12v solenoid valve with transformer. Only with 230v solenoid valve...no indication in the spec... I end up with useless equipment... Bravo pros
Parcel received with 2 consecutive delivery cancellations, finally received on the third delivery after raller with dpd Arnaud.
I'm sorry to have to downgrade my rating, despite the excellent service. In fact, this is the third time I've received seawater tests with an expiration date very close (1 month). Always reimbursed by voucher but no improvement noted. I will continue to buy from them except for the tests.

A chronopost parcel arrived late, and the shopkeeper gave me a credit note for half the cost of postage... I didn't want a credit note, but a refund, for the full cost of postage, because, in addition, the amount was close to the free standard delivery. And, to top it all off, the order that arrived late was the wrong one, with the wrong products. Mistake made up for the next day. Delivery points are unclear
Very good site, too bad that this time DPD took a long time to deliver. Usually 2 days max, this time almost a week.
The parcel arrived repaired by DPD who did their job correctly (nothing lost). A little more care in preparing the order. Otherwise you are responsive and it's 5 stars.

Bad administrative management. The product was delivered 15 km from the place indicated on the order! 30km return trip, loss of time and money (€2 per liter of petrol). The carrier had nothing to do with it, he delivered to the place indicated on the package. First order, first inconvenience.
The product was supposed to arrive in 24h/48h but in the end it took 5 days... The packaging was damaged, with holes and the product had a broken cap. It's really a shame because I've only heard good things about this site but in the end I'm very disappointed...
Restricted catalog!

Package received 3 weeks after order placed on website... I had to go and buy products for the maintenance of my reef aquarium in a hurry from another retailer... Customer service didn't reply to my emails asking about the delivery time (email sent 7 days after placing the order). I finally got someone on the phone who informed me that, due to a computer problem, the stock displayed on the website did not correspond to the actual stock... And that one of my products was out of stock. The person on the phone didn't want to send me the first part of my order in a first parcel, so that I wouldn't have to go to another store. It's a pity, because I've already ordered from Zoanthus several times without any problems. However, I would still recommend this store, which has proved its reliability in the past. A word of advice to the Zoanthus team: if the problem occurs again, it would be advisable to inform the customer by e-mail, and to offer to send the parcel in 2 instalments in order to deliver the essential products within a reasonable time.
Order management problem
Order placed on 08/12/22. received quickly but products that you pay a lot for don't even have a 1-year shelf life!!!!! Expires 08/23....
A little disappointed with this order which was not prepared as quickly as usual. I was out of a product for my seawater tank and it failed to arrive.
It's been 2 times that I've ordered, 2 times that the parcel arrived in good condition but the products inside were damaged. First parcel with a salifert test with a box that had been opened and a cracked syringe. 2 nd parcel a connected brewing pump with the screen under the pocket scratched as if it were second hand.... I don't think I'll be recommending you.
