A very large order arrived with very poor internal packaging, broken glass product, live sand that leaked during transport, etc. The person in charge got back to me very quickly, informing me that I would have to wait 24 hours before potentially finding a solution. For the past 15 DAYS, I have not heard from him, either by e-mail or on the phone. Order cashed, but after-sales service is non-existent as I write.

Bonsoir j'ai reçu mon seaux de sel , mais vu que j'avais un besoin urgent je l'ai accepté , de plus le livreur était incapable de noter sur son ordi colis refusé il ne savait pas s'servir , je vous ai envoyé des photos , alors j'attends un geste , merci
Very poorly packaged parcel: a simple bubble wrap to pack a 10 kg bucket: as a result, the bucket arrived ripped open, which is not surprising when you know how delicate carriers are. No communication following my request for a refund or exchange. Not even a "no" not an excuse nothing it is a lack of respect for the customers. Lamentable to flee.
I'm sorry to hear that you received a damaged bucket of salt. We take great care in packing the buckets of salt and despite your comment, the superimposition of several layers of bubble wrap is very effective, we have very few breakages. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as zero risk.

Next, you don't want to sign the delivery note with the DPD driver, for what reason, I don't know, maybe because the driver doesn't wear gloves, as you suggested, or maybe you just don't like him. In short, the signature and the reservations are obligatory to make the transport insurance work, in spite of everything, I proposed a replacement of the whole order at our expense for the pierced balling bags. I don't think the after-sales service is that bad at Zoanthus. How many after-sales services get back to you even though the company is closed for annual vacations? To conclude, I've always had problems with you, nothing ever goes right, the DPD agency doesn't want to come to you either because you're constantly making trouble for them (a very difficult customer, you told me, in this sector).
For all these reasons, I'm going to ask you not to order from us any more, as this will save you and us a lot of trouble.

I received the broken bulbs half empty.
There's just one thing I'd like to complain about, but it's important: when a customer takes the trouble to send you a message asking whether or not their recently purchased GH test (tetra test case) is working normally, the least you can do is reply. Several months later, I now know that no, it wasn't working normally, but had expired. End result: I lost several of my shrimps because they were kept in water that didn't meet their needs, naively thinking that the test was working and naively thinking that I'd get an answer from yet another commercial site that only thinks about profits, sells out-of-date products and doesn't bother to answer its customers. I hold you directly responsible for the death of my animals. In short, Zoanthus, a nice logo, and a nice zero score.
It was probably the first and last time I ordered on this site. I received the parcel in a terrible state, the ring of the stirring pump was broken and I had to glue it in place. The shipment was particularly long, perhaps because of the health crisis. If the zoanthus team wants photos of the parcel, they can contact me by e-mail. Very disappointed with the service! Noisy pump returned to service at my expense, pump still as noisy! Salesman unreachable, doesn't answer the phone and has to send several emails to get an answer 15 days later!
I did not receive the tunze care magnet strong on delivery. A second, separate delivery?

The parcel arrived damaged. The salt bucket was completely burst. Fortunately the salt is protected by a plastic bag. But you are not responsible. Thank you to the carrier. The rest of the parcel is in perfect condition. Sorry for the negative note but fortunately I still had a bucket to store the salt. Ps thank you for the magnet ... but there were no stickers this time.
Order arrived on time, product well packaged but one defective part (broken) inside !!!!
Order received with a broken baling seal and product scattered in the box. Quick response from the service department to immediately send me a replacement seal, but I've never received anything since.
Damaged item and I didn't receive the right labels
Fast delivery, well packaged, with a little free candy inside, but the glue was a disaster, taking a very long time to dry in the open air - I can't imagine underwater, I've never been able to glue my anubias to my rocks and roots!!!!and even once it's dry, it doesn't stick to anything, you have to use a huge quantity so that the stones adhere to each other and are hard to apply... so much for the finish... the metal tube broke as soon as I pressed on it, there was a lot of it on my hands... I wouldn't recommend this item at all, I lost 17e including delivery....
Delivery costs counted for an order over 90€ because I used my loyalty points converted into a voucher and therefore went below 69€.

No order tracking ...24/48h delay not respected! We expressed our dissatisfaction 1 week later and then we were told that perhaps there was one left ... we will keep informed ... in the evening we knew that a package was sent! Total a week of waiting
How can you give 1 star to a website that has finally respected the 10-day lead time announced on the product page? Your order was dispatched the day after your e-mail, as a favor to you. In fact, the ramp in stock was reserved for another customer. I'll have you know that I put you ahead of another person who had ordered before you.
