Very disappointed
Site to be avoided, deplorable communication from " customer service " . There's no shortage of serious aquarium websites that respect their customers, which is not the case with this one.
I'm still waiting for the return and refund policy.

Received two boxes with 3 B ampoules and two A ampoules, whereas the instructions mention the opposite. The treatment for day 7 is problematic as the 3rd A ampoule is missing. I sent an email but got no reply. Disappointed
No efficiency
Prices are pretty good, as is product availability. HOWEVER, the after-sales service is completely out of order. I sent a product to the after-sales service more than 4 months ago and have not heard from it... Despite several emails and phone calls, no one has replied. Especially the shipping costs of SAV and charged to the customer. In short, it's a real shame.... I'm still waiting for my after-sales product......

Not at all satisfied, the order arrived more than 3 weeks after the order because the package was damaged. Once I received my order I opened the parcel and one of my buckets was broken and magnesium was spilled in the bottom of the box...
The cuprisorb arrived with the lid already open. I'm not happy to receive products that look like they're not new. My request for an explanation didn't convince me and the person in charge wouldn't listen. I can return the product for a refund, but at my own expense. What's more, the activated carbon arrived in a bucket without a label and without any explanation or instructions on how to use it, which is impractical and forbidden in France (I subsequently received explanations by e-mail). In short, I'm not satisfied with this order.
I am very dissatisfied with one of the products I bought because it doesn't work. I filed a complaint with zoanhus the same day it was delivered and in use - it's been 3 days and still no news 🙁

For the past 15 DAYS, I have not heard from him, either by e-mail or on the phone. Order cashed, but after-sales service is non-existent as I write.

Very poorly packaged parcel: a simple bubble wrap to pack a 10 kg bucket: as a result, the bucket arrived ripped open, which is not surprising when you know how delicate carriers are. No communication following my request for a refund or exchange. Not even a "no" not an excuse nothing it is a lack of respect for the customers. Lamentable to flee.
I'm sorry to hear that you received a damaged bucket of salt. We take great care in packing the buckets of salt and despite your comment, the superimposition of several layers of bubble wrap is very effective, we have very few breakages. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as zero risk.

Next, you don't want to sign the delivery note with the DPD driver, for what reason, I don't know, maybe because the driver doesn't wear gloves, as you suggested, or maybe you just don't like him. In short, the signature and the reservations are obligatory to make the transport insurance work, in spite of everything, I proposed a replacement of the whole order at our expense for the pierced balling bags. I don't think the after-sales service is that bad at Zoanthus. How many after-sales services get back to you even though the company is closed for annual vacations? To conclude, I've always had problems with you, nothing ever goes right, the DPD agency doesn't want to come to you either because you're constantly making trouble for them (a very difficult customer, you told me, in this sector).
For all these reasons, I'm going to ask you not to order from us any more, as this will save you and us a lot of trouble.

There's just one thing I'd like to complain about, but it's important: when a customer takes the trouble to send you a message asking whether or not their recently purchased GH test (tetra test case) is working normally, the least you can do is reply. Several months later, I now know that no, it wasn't working normally, but had expired. End result: I lost several of my shrimps because they were kept in water that didn't meet their needs, naively thinking that the test was working and naively thinking that I'd get an answer from yet another commercial site that only thinks about profits, sells out-of-date products and doesn't bother to answer its customers. I hold you directly responsible for the death of my animals. In short, Zoanthus, a nice logo, and a nice zero score.

Very disappointed with the service! Noisy pump returned to service at my expense, pump still as noisy! Salesman unreachable, doesn't answer the phone and has to send several emails to get an answer 15 days later!

The parcel arrived damaged. The salt bucket was completely burst. Fortunately the salt is protected by a plastic bag. But you are not responsible. Thank you to the carrier. The rest of the parcel is in perfect condition. Sorry for the negative note but fortunately I still had a bucket to store the salt. Ps thank you for the magnet ... but there were no stickers this time.
