Package received 3 weeks after order placed on website... I had to go and buy products for the maintenance of my reef aquarium in a hurry from another retailer... Customer service didn't reply to my emails asking about the delivery time (email sent 7 days after placing the order). I finally got someone on the phone who informed me that, due to a computer problem, the stock displayed on the website did not correspond to the actual stock... And that one of my products was out of stock. The person on the phone didn't want to send me the first part of my order in a first parcel, so that I wouldn't have to go to another store. It's a pity, because I've already ordered from Zoanthus several times without any problems. However, I would still recommend this store, which has proved its reliability in the past. A word of advice to the Zoanthus team: if the problem occurs again, it would be advisable to inform the customer by e-mail, and to offer to send the parcel in 2 instalments in order to deliver the essential products within a reasonable time.
Order management problem
Order placed on 08/12/22. received quickly but products that you pay a lot for don't even have a 1-year shelf life!!!!! Expires 08/23....
A little disappointed with this order which was not prepared as quickly as usual. I was out of a product for my seawater tank and it failed to arrive.
It's been 2 times that I've ordered, 2 times that the parcel arrived in good condition but the products inside were damaged. First parcel with a salifert test with a box that had been opened and a cracked syringe. 2 nd parcel a connected brewing pump with the screen under the pocket scratched as if it were second hand.... I don't think I'll be recommending you.

The parcel was delivered anywhere by DPD, even though zoanthus prepared it quickly and to the best of its ability. It is urgent to change delivery companies or risk penalising work that has so far been beyond reproach.

What I find regrettable is that postage is free above a certain amount to which I thought I was entitled, unless the package contains sea salt (I was told) ????? (I took 25 kg) and unless I'm mistaken it's not mentioned anywhere on your site. What's more, I waited 15 days before being delivered, as you were out of stock on one of the products in my order, so I naively thought that you could make a commercial gesture, which unfortunately was not the case. I'm not completely satisfied, the filter I ordered arrived partly broken and I had to wait a good ten days to receive the faulty part. In addition, I'm told I can contact them by phone but they never reply, only by e-mail.
