My order arrived in Épinal even though I am near Nancy. The tracking of my order was wrong. In Nancy, they told me my order was in Épinal, and from Épinal they told me Nancy... very disappointed with the organization! On the other hand, I'd like to thank the people at the relay point, who were lovely and very professional! Without them, my order would still be in the wild The shipping costs are quite expensive, a little disappointed there too

The handling of the product lists is not very pleasant, because when a product is in "details" consultation, the return to the list is done randomly (?) you have to scroll down the list again to find the place where you were... boring A pity, because the product sheets are well classified and pleasant to look at, technically well informed.
The delivery was not made to my home but to a relay 6 kilometers away.

Some problems with ghl delivery
Product inside packaging received in "poor" condition (dirty with traces of wear?). Customer service needs to be improved, because there's a bit of bad faith here. However, I've had no problems so far, and I've always given them 5 stars. The site sells quality products, and in my case, delivery has always been extremely fast - and for that, thank you Zoanthus!

I'm still waiting for the rest of my order and the product description is not clear.
The tracking of my parcel was not top notch, my parcel had already been gone for several days when I received the departure notice, then it was at the relay point long before I received the SMS to go and get it, and finally the ROWA resin article was half empty in the box.
First order received very quickly, ordered Monday morning received Wednesday morning. However, the box of one product arrived in poor condition and this was not due to the delivery as the package was in very good condition. Even if it's just the box, I think it's a shame because I like to keep the boxes in good condition in case of resale of the equipment. Even if it's just the box, it's average for a new product. Another product had a box in poor condition, it looks like a second-hand product, the box looks like it's been handled a lot and the product itself has rub marks on the corners (Milwaukee refractometer). Same reference as I ordered but not the same aesthetic as the product presented on the site. Not a problem in itself, but I was rather surprised.
