Good evening, the products are perfect and conform to my wishes. What I find regrettable is that postage is free above a certain amount to which I thought I was entitled, unless the package contains sea salt (I was told) ????? (I took 25 kg) and unless I'm mistaken it's not mentioned anywhere on your site. What's more, I waited 15 days before being delivered, as you were out of stock on one of the products in my order, so I naively thought that you could make a commercial gesture, which unfortunately was not the case. Usually I've always been satisfied with the equipment ordered. On this order I'm disappointed because the pipes are not flat round.

My order arrived in Épinal even though I am near Nancy. The tracking of my order was wrong. In Nancy, they told me my order was in Épinal, and from Épinal they told me Nancy... very disappointed with the organization!
