Hide-and-seek basket
I'm still waiting for the rest of my order and the product description is not clear.
The tracking of my parcel was not top notch, my parcel had already been gone for several days when I received the departure notice, then it was at the relay point long before I received the SMS to go and get it, and finally the ROWA resin article was half empty in the box.
First order received very quickly, ordered Monday morning received Wednesday morning. However, the box of one product arrived in poor condition and this was not due to the delivery as the package was in very good condition. Even if it's just the box, I think it's a shame because I like to keep the boxes in good condition in case of resale of the equipment. Even if it's just the box, it's average for a new product. Another product had a box in poor condition, it looks like a second-hand product, the box looks like it's been handled a lot and the product itself has rub marks on the corners (Milwaukee refractometer). Same reference as I ordered but not the same aesthetic as the product presented on the site. Not a problem in itself, but I was rather surprised.

A reliable site offering a good choice of aquarium equipment, with many references available. Market prices respected. I was disappointed by my first order where I ordered a 25kg salt bucket which arrived completely broken in my parcel which had no external damage. I contacted customer service by e-mail, but got no answer, which is a shame. However satisfied with my 2nd order RAS. I advise you not to order large volumes of salt, it doesn't take well to transport.
