Product inside packaging received in "poor" condition (dirty with traces of wear?). Customer service needs to be improved, because there's a bit of bad faith here. First order received very quickly, ordered Monday morning received Wednesday morning. However, the box of one product arrived in poor condition and this was not due to the delivery as the package was in very good condition. Even if it's just the box, I think it's a shame because I like to keep the boxes in good condition in case of resale of the equipment. Even if it's just the box, it's average for a new product. Another product had a box in poor condition, it looks like a second-hand product, the box looks like it's been handled a lot and the product itself has rub marks on the corners (Milwaukee refractometer). Same reference as I ordered but not the same aesthetic as the product presented on the site. Not a problem in itself, but I was rather surprised.
