Disappointed because there was no follow-up and no response to the various messages sent regarding my order. Unreachable by phone.
Order conforms, fast and well packed! small flat, expensive tariff delivery to go to seek itself in relay colis; 5,30 plus a euros of ?? plus 1.5 for PAYPAL, normally has the load of the salesman, in short domage.

Received on time but package very damaged. 2 packets of tests received torn, nitrite powder reagent and salifert magnesium tests missing, little spoon.
For zoanthus products. No worries. However, we haven't received the cutting support for 2 x. Why not?

The redsea nitrate test is unusable for me because the product description is incomplete. The high range cannot be measured with the test alone.

A reliable site offering a good choice of aquarium equipment, with many references available. Market prices respected. I was disappointed by my first order where I ordered a 25kg salt bucket which arrived completely broken in my parcel which had no external damage. I contacted customer service by e-mail, but got no answer, which is a shame. However satisfied with my 2nd order RAS. I advise you not to order large volumes of salt, it doesn't take well to transport.
PACKAGE DAMAGED ON RECEIPT DUE TO POOR PACKAGING (CARDBOARD TOO LIGHT FOR THE WEIGHT INSIDE).
Difficult period I understand, but lack of communication. More than 1 week to get an answer to my email. I ordered a pipe which I received pierced, one item missing. A bit disappointed when it had gone well the previous 2x.
NORMALLY, I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH EU "BEFORE", BUT DURING THE LAST ORDER THERE WAS A BIG PROBLEM WITH THE DPD CARRIER AND NO WAY TO CONTACT ZOANTHUS BY PHONE (ANSWERER) AND ON EMAIL, THEY ANSWERED ME JUSTE A 1/7. ORDER PLACED ON 05/03 DELIVERY OF A FIRST PART ON 14/04 (1,5MOIS ) AND THE REST SENT TOGETHER ON 16/04 WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION. THE PRICES ARE VERY CORRECT BUT I FELT TOTALLY ABANDONED BY THEIR TEAM. IT'S NOT DIRECTLY THEIR COMPANY'S PROBLEM BUT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY TO OUR HOME. I'LL SEE IF I COME BACK AND IF I GET AN ANSWER FROM THEM NOW.

Substitution and order not delivered in full, awaiting backorder and no announced lead time.
Order was delivered promptly, but the packaging was very damaged (had been opened and taped up).
Rather fast delivery but the case is broken. The products are there but the practicality and aesthetics are not.

Lack of precision on the use of these ceramic tubes
Hello. Following my order, I have received a very good Nanostream 6045 turbelle pump from Tunze. However, I can't close the Comline Filter 3163 case, which I opened for cleaning before putting it in the aquarium. Finally, the Cu Profi test I received in January has an expiry date of July 2020, i.e. six months to run 50 tests! Please let me know if it's advisable to place the comline filter in water, in the hope that expansion will allow it to close properly, as well as fixing the baffle in front of the turbine. What about the copper test, which is only valid for 6 months? Is it possible to exchange these two elements? Thanks in advance

Incorrectly calibrated thermometer
Calcium packet with holes, so loss of product. We'd have to use thicker packets, which is odd because the other packets were in good condition.
I don't understand my invoice, the amount doesn't match the total.
I ordered from this site because I needed the items quickly. At the time of my order all the items were advertised as being in stock but at the time of delivery the filter foams were missing. I went back to the site and it still said that there were 9 items left in stock. However, it is clearly stated "Stock levels are updated in real time on each product sheet".
There was indeed a stock error on your order and for that I apologize. In fact, the item ordered turned out to be the wrong one in our stock.
We have decided to make two shipments so that you can receive the first part of your order as soon as possible.
The missing item will be shipped within a few days.

Not really disappointed with zoanthus, but very disappointed with Chronopost who pockets the money for delivery in 24h and in fact you receive your order 1 week later.... It's a shame because I really needed this order the next day, not 1 week later. Now it's my turn to be the advertising Chronopost in the aquarium world...
DELIVERY TIME TOO LONG AND PRODUCT NOT AS ORDERED
I made a large order, asked for a sample of a plug for cuttings and was sent a 5 cent caramel. For 1/5 of what I ordered, elsewhere I would have been given bonuses, discounts, samples, etc. I don't think I'd recommend Zoanthus. I don't think I'd recommend Zoanthus.
An order, whatever its amount, does not entitle you to gifts, depending on your wishes, but I still think your comment is daring.
The prices displayed on the site are designed to be as low as possible, even if it means reducing our margins, and delivery times are respected. The service is there. I don't have any samples of plugs for cuttings to give away! If you need more information on a product before buying, the phone is open every day, as is e-mail.
But it's true that if you have the right to larger gifts from competitors, the choice is made on your side.

No French instructions and does not match the image. That said, shipping and parcel preparation are very good.
However, you are leaving a review of an item rather than of Zoanthus itself.
The images on the site are not all contractual, but the item you received is the one you ordered.
As for the instructions in French, I can provide them if you ask me on customer service.
Finally, it's a shame to give the site such a bad mark for minor problems with an item that can be sorted out very quickly by the after-sales service. But you still have to ask for it. Sincerely Clément
