My parcel arrived in a shambles, the salt for salt bucket was broken, the product had spread all over the box.
Incomplete order and damaged products no response from customer service following my complaint
The order was shipped quickly and the material was very well packaged. The only problem was a product error in the preparation of the order.

Very good but it's a shame we don't have free home delivery like some sites, we have to go to a relay point and depending on the timetable it's not easy to pick up our items, but I recommend it anyway, the products are great and the service is serious.
Means,, zooplankton must be kept cool, why do you send a shipment on Friday, knowing that the delivery will be made at best on Monday, in my case Tuesday....? 5 days in a depot, (you can do better).
It's a pity that the free delivery from 69€ is only valid for a delivery in relay point and not at home as on other site. For the rest, nothing to say, top packaging and quality products. I also got the little extra which is the sample XD food.

I'm sorry to hear that your bucket of salt arrived broken. The packaging is designed to absorb shocks, and a sheet of polystyrene is placed under the bucket. Despite this, with a weight of 30 kilos, if the parcel is thrown away by the carrier, the bucket will break for sure, as it cannot withstand such treatment.
You should have refused the parcel and a refund would have been requested from DPD. In the case where you accept the goods, a recourse is unfortunately no longer possible. I remain available if you need further information. I hope to see you soon on Zoanthus.fr Sincerely Clément

Excellent service and fast delivery, but unfortunately there are still additional charges via PayPal.
Delivery a little long.
Order received promptly, missing expiration date label on zeobak.
Too bad about the extra PayPal fees.
I found a hair in one of the balling bags, so I'm rather skeptical about the care taken with product packaging.
Very fast, good advice. But shipping costs are prohibitive, where others offer shipping from 69€! 20€ per parcel relay, unbelievable.
