Once again, the parcel was well packaged with a minimum of plastic and shipped within 48 hours of my order, despite the fact that we're during the Zoanhtus vacations and an item is in reapro "7 to 10 days"! And generally speaking, after several dozen reef orders in almost 4 years, my opinion is confirmed! A good catalog, a super dynamic site that's not too cumbersome, with items available in real time! A very good after-sales service that's very accommodating (despite my stupidity at times when dealing with delivery men) and easy to contact. A real Must ... with the Stéphanois it's almost like Santa Claus every time! It's a pity we can't find any living things (even simple ones like detritus feeders and soft corals) ... but that would be a whole other job and investment for them! The only downside ... their friendly magnets are becoming a little addictive, but you don't need that to take the bait! 😀

Complies with the order, well packed. Problem with parcel agents, not delivered to the initial location announced, dropped off at Aux Angles (30133) instead of Saze (30650) and no internet on my smartphone for QR code which annoyed the parcel agent.
