Fast order processing, the only thing I'd complain about is the long waiting time.

How long does it take? It took 22 days for me to receive the order. I would say the communication about the status of my order was sketchy at best,. Links provided in their emails took me to the French language version of the site, and even their communication to leave feedback was in French. Item was packaged very well. Not sure I would order from them again.

I ordered two model airplanes for my nephew. No problems ordering, especially since there's so much to choose from, and no problems paying either. The shipping notice took a little longer to arrive. As for the parcel (which I had the misfortune to request in eco) it took over 15 days to arrive. So a word of advice to those who want to receive their Christmas presents on time: pay more for postage and take 48-hour delivery, or plan ahead and buy for next Christmas lol. The package was well packed in a sturdy cardboard box and the items were not damaged as is often the case with the post office. To sum up: satisfactory business, delivery man: can do better (especially given the cost involved).

A huge box (impossible to put it in the passenger seat of a Mégane) with the model inside the papi""calÃ"" and all the accessories (paint glue brush) in bulk. When I picked up the package (with my arms around me), despite the imposing packaging, it made a rather worrying bling bling noise. But no breakage. OUF The package can be reduced by at least 5 sizes and the various components wedged and over-wrapped with paper.

First order via simple Decals was a disaster. Delivery took place 3 weeks after the seller's shipping confirmation but also only with the involvement of PayPal conflict resolution. Not recommendable!

Shipping costs too high

I find that a little over 10 days to receive a product in stock is a long time! especially since the order was processed a few days later ... too bad! As for the parcel, the packaging was more or less appropriate for the contents (decal sheet). All in all, I think order processing needs to be improved, otherwise the products on sale are very interesting.

My experience takes place in 2 acts. In December 2011, I ordered various items, all of which were available. On receipt of the parcel, a part is missing. I asked for a refund, but the store refused on the grounds that I was using a credit card. I was then given a credit note for the amount of the part (22 euros from which I would have to subtract the shipping costs, of course). Nice selection weakness in follow-thru. I ordered six kits and got a confirmation of the order and notification that the order was filled. Then, two weeks passed with no comment whatsoever. I prodded with an email. They looked into it, then told me it was in transit. What I received was one kit short of the order and no explanation was provided.
