I have not been informed of an out-of-stock situation I am not refunded for the out-of-stock product but I am stuck with a credit note (does this comply with the regulations or the general terms and conditions of sale, I don't think so). The parcel was in poor condition on delivery and the model was out of order. I think that the models are not sufficiently secured and protected in the cartons. This is the first time that this has happened. This is a really good site that will not prevent me from recommending it again.

Shipping was quick and trouble-free. But, and this is a real problem, it's a model to be assembled and all the instructions are in a foreign language (German - English) whereas the whole site is in French and I didn't see that there was a warning on this point. I complained and the site offered to return the equipment. That's a good thing. But I have to pay for the return whereas I consider that the responsibility is on their side. We'll see if they actually cancel the sale... So it's been a calamitous experience.

It does take a lot of steps to get to the right page. Also if you want to see your own order. Although half of the items were already in stock there was a wait until everything was there. Items were shipped well and neatly. But customer service is Indian English speaking. !!!
