On top of that I had to 'yell' at them to get the full refund (minus delivery cost for the cheaper item I was much less interested in...). In summary not a satisfactory experience.

I received a broken 80€ figure. After I contacted them, of course, they wanted to give me a 15€ voucher (for a broken 80€ figure ???). Since I was not satisfied, they wanted me to absolutely destroy the figure and send a picture. Only then would I have gotten a new one, so I preferred to take the 15€ and fix the figure with some glue, but I have to say that the shipping and how it was packed was absolutely bad.
At least 3 stars because the support is nice and replies quickly

If I have received the order mentioned in the Subject, I am extremely disappointed. Of the fifteen pots of Tamya color, only two are identified, and the others have no reference.
