The site itself is well designed and shipping is relatively quick. Ordered on 21.01. and delivered on 25.01. Can't complain about that. Unfortunately the battery was/is defective. Since then, extra forms have been filled out by 1001 Hobbies, photos have been taken and over 5 emails have been sent, but so far we have been put off with the fact that the dealer has not yet replied. This is really unacceptable...

As mentioned in my previous calls and emails, the package did not contain the items ordered. I am now returning the package and I expect you to send my order with the correct items as soon as possible so that I can finalize my diorama and give it as a gift to a friend.

bought decals as they were advertised to include Omani airforce, received package with decals for KSA and others, no Omani insignia. Considering the cost and time waited this is very poor and does not match the advertised goods. Also drives from France. Rubbish.
