The reason is because of the slowness in sending the product and if the cause is that some of them had not yet received it when the customer bought it, it seems to me not very serious. It has taken 12 days from Madrid to Barcelona, when in 15 days I have received shipments from China.

Great prices, but headaches to go with it. Mostly on processing and shipping. I paid a processing fee, and it took almost a mont to ship and when it did, all they did was bubble wrap the item. No box. Of course the item shows up damaged. Now they want me to pay shipping to send it back. Good price, but be aware.

Several weeks to receive a credit note after returning an order, with reminders by e-mail, never a reply by phone despite calls during opening hours... Obliged to pay shipping costs each time (product return and new order)... Delivery in a box that was much too large and poorly sealed: 1 board game with damaged box. Less presentable gift :(((

My order arrived well, but I had a problem. After placing the order, I did not receive an email confirming the shipment. I opened a ticket on the website, telling what had happened, and they replied that the post office had lost my package and that they could ship it without an item (which they no longer had). The next day, I was informed that the package had indeed been shipped back and arrived the next day. That is, if I had not opened a call about the order, I might not have received the order.

error in the detail of the model voluntary or not model scale 1/200th this one does not make it. 1/200th is equal to 35, to 40 cm and here it's 14 cm given the promotional price I should have ?? in real life this is the size of the box of the 1/200th model made in china I put 3 stars for the delivery time, please be more precise in the detail of your model articles.
