It's bad enough it takes days to gather the items for shipping but then they sent the items in a box when an envelope would have sufficed.

Too long a delay between order and delivery, even though the company is based in France..... Payment by PayPal subject to a "tax" (the only merchant site I know that practices it). Not to mention some lack of logic when ordering. In short, I am dissatisfied with this experience and will not order again.

Purchased items not in accordance with the description and photo.

When I received my order, there was a heavy glue fumes smell coming from the mailing envelope. I found that the contact cement tube had leaked in the envelope. The tube was still probably 90% percent full but perhaps a more protective mailing container is called for when mailing such supplies.

Long delay, but on the other hand the person on the phone was very kind.

the 1/48 scale pilot I spent $21 on did not even fit in the 1/48 scale model I was building. At least they sent it quickly.

Parcel arrived quite damaged, the three boxes of models were nicely stacked and flattened but the models were intact... Apart from that: good choice and price, fast delivery.

The delivery no problem, just the time frame ordered September 03, 2021 and received September 15, 2021

I know that the health context can explain a lot of things, but having said that, it took me a month to receive my order (with one of your competitors, the maximum delivery time I've ever experienced was 10 days). However, the order met my expectations.

Hello, the decal sheet was folded in half in the envelope, just where I'm interested in two of the four designs.

They sent me the model with insufficient protection, and the box arrived to me quite squashed and with a huge hole. The boxes of the scale models are not very resistant cardboard, if you don't put that box in a more resistant external one, the "careful" guys of Correos or the parcel companies can crush the package quite a lot. I informed 1001hobbies of the incident and so far I have no answer.

The website is not always clear on the scale of the product.

The batman signal was perfect, but the description of the castle went nowhere. The toolkit was super handy though.

The product is great, but it took too long to arrive.

Very very long delivery time: 1 1/2 months without explanation.

Good assortment, decent prices, poor shipping (long and uncertain time).
Also at least twice in a month you have emailed me to point out a list of products in my cart, products that I had NEVER chosen. For an online sales business this is very negative. For everything I have purchased in two months you could give me a free gift or a 50% off coupon on my next purchase.

Order placed on 07/08/21 and received on 02/09/21 very long delays due to a part of my order that was not in stock this part ordered in duplicate ie tires it had only one part available in stock and the others were to return to stock on 19 and 24 therefore received my order without This part is still not in stock, so I think communication should be improved when there are stock problems, to avoid long waits. I would also like to point out that when my order was released, I received it the next day, so delivery was very quick.

1 month late

Unfortunately there is no item description, which didn't bother me at first. Only after the order arrived did I notice that there were two different parts per set. Not too dramatic.
However, shipping took a whole 12 days from receipt of payment to handover to the shipping service provider, even though the parts were in stock according to the homepage.
The confirmation that my order was being processed was successful after 3 days, which is a relatively long time.
Probably my last order from this retailer.

Gift box received damaged

The product arrived incomplete. A claim email was sent to 1001 Hobbies with a photo and proof of purchase, but no result. to date

Package arrived in poor condition. no cardboard packaging. just bubble wrap.

Delivery too long

Already placed several orders where unfortunately some things went wrong; wrong items delivered and shipments (paid for separately) put together for one shipment. The latter has since been rectified and refunded by them. But communication is not always smooth. In normal mail traffic usually no answer, only in reviews. Also a lot of unnecessary mails and unclear history about orders. Rather have the impression that 1001hobbies belongs to the category "dozenschuivers" than a webshop with knowledge of business. Plus point is that they offer a lot but this belongs to the stock of suppliers. Prices are sometimes also quite high...

Disappointed by the model, hoped it would be larger

Orders take a long time to be processed and shipped. Information on delivery dates is inaccurate.

I had ordered a different tank than the one I already received,otherwise it would have been a good service

1 purchase and the last and not due to covid the slowness of delivery. I ordered in Spain and on other sites and everything arrived on time..never again for me.

Very expensive product, compared to other sites and long delivery.

The waiting time to receive it is long and there is little information on its status at any given time.

The Humbrol paints are fine, but the shipping speed and quality of container used leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered quite a few paints and they were just tossed into a slightly padded envelope with no additional protection. I am glad none of my paints broke or opened up in transit. Supplied tracking was in French and difficult to figure out. Took over two weeks to receive what I ordered. I am happy about getting the paint supplies I needed, but I will look for a different supplier for any future orders. Thanks anyway.

This transaction was really weird. The order was done via eBay. It took forever to arrive--3 weeks. I tracked it, and discovered that item was if I never bought it, AND it showed up $20 more! Very confusing. I actually thought I didn't REALLY order it! Then poof, it arrives on my doorstep days later, in a huge box! The item box was only 11 inches long and 3 inches tall. I could have fit at least 6 of those boxes (air to air missiles for F16 models) in that 1 huge box. No wonder the shipping charges were so high! I feel like I have been ripped off a little bit because of the shipping. Unfortunately, they were the only ones that carried this item so I'm not sure what I'm gonna do when I need item again for my special needs son of 30 years.
