After the order, it remained quiet which raised some suspicion for me, but after a while they were honest and admitted that they had lost the order. We are all human and mistakes can happen. In the end, the construction kit was delivered in perfect condition all the way from France. I would order a construction kit from them again, no problem.

Delivery date was a lot later than advertised. On the delivery date there was only a message that the package was damaged. A few days later a message that delivery date was cancelled or changed by me (though I did not do that). Eventually package arrived. I had to look up the changes myself, I did not get updates.
