Order complete but lead time a bit long. I was waiting for certain products to continue building my model. Otherwise impeccable service as usual.

Extremely short delivery times

Well-protected parcel shipped quickly. Shipping costs too high, no Mondial Relay option. La Poste rates are prohibitive for small parcels. However, commercial gesture agreed following comments. Great customer service, but shipping policy could be improved. Prices of Games Workshop products sometimes > official prices. Sometimes good

Good quality model, apparently it's the first time I've bought this brand and it seems more than correct. On the other hand, I find that your prices are very high when you compare identical products on other websites.

Book ordered (Codex Space Marines) arrived with one corner damaged because it wasn't packed well enough. Only 2 sheets of craft paper in a cardboard box for protection, how could it be so? We need to be more vigilant when it comes to shipping items that are not properly packed.

I think you should show what the product looks like in the box (figurines) because I'm a bit disappointed by the quality of the molding-I didn't know this brand. It's not your fault. I'll certainly recommend other professionals.

Neighboring countries and it takes 12 days to ship my order !!! we are in a difficult period (covid) ok but you are the only country that takes a lot of time to ship I have another order in progress how long will it take ???

The item is no longer available on the 4th day after confirmed receipt of payment. A replacement or voucher is offered. I only need this particular item and have declared my withdrawal from the purchase contract. Since 1001 modellbau cannot fulfill their part of the contract according to their mail, I expect the full amount already paid including shipping costs back.

Not truthful about inventory? When I ordered the product it was stated it was in stock, two weeks later I received notification the product was shipped - I have still not received the product. Their are either very disorganized or not truthful about their inventory. My order was two masking sets that would fit into an envelope and their shipping fees where extremely high. I wanted the product so I moved forward. Other vendors had the same product, lower cost and lower shipping but were truthful about delivery time (that would be sooner than this experience). Next time, I will go with the other vendors. Update - Feb 21, 2021 and still have not received the product - ordered Jan 31, 2021 Update: Feb 26, 2021 Received the package. It is an Eduard masking kit. They do say that on their site, but I missed that..my fault. I have ordered from Eduard direct in the past, about the same price but far lower shipping cost and delivery was much faster.

12 days to process the order then postage time also. Not acceptable. I thought I was buying from a Spanish company but it is in France. I looked for a Spanish company to speed up postage and after the order was placed I find it is France which is not a problem but 12 days to process the order!!!! Cheaper and quicker postage to buy from UK supplier. Not happy.

My first order arrived incomplete with products I had not ordered. But the reaction was quick after my complaint and I'm waiting for a parcel to arrive.

I had bought the "Pirates of the Caribbean"" as a supplement to a ship model. Of the 48 figures in the set, only 12 were different. In other words, four figures of each type. Putting four captains next to four pirate brides on the deck doesn't really work. Unfortunately, the figures were also very poorly cast. Burrs everywhere and not very detailed. I would have expected more for the price! What a pity...

I find it takes a bit long when you place an order and when the products are in stock. Thank you in advance.

Correct order but the shipment of a padded A5 envelope could have been sent by registered mail. Delivery by Mondial Relais is a disaster. Delivery time too long and unprofessional service.

Item first ordered in late October 2020 and after many reminders delivered in late January 2021. Hopefully next time it will be better.

The order arrived two months late, it is true that what I expected arrived and it was in good condition, but I don't think I will buy again with such long delivery times.

Long delay in receiving the model due to custom check, but well worth the wait.

At the moment, the order is lost between the 1001 maquettes shipment and the worldwide pick-up. To be continued...

I was missing a little pot of Revell contacta glue. Too bad! I'm also disappointed by the acrylic paint. Otherwise, the model is perfect.

Hello. Everything went well from order to delivery. However, I am not satisfied with the assembly instructions, as some existing parts are not listed. There are no instructions for the front mast. I'm also contacting Heller to let them know what I think. This is the first time I've encountered this problem on a large number of models. Have a nice day. Cordi

for the model no worries on the other hand the paint pots unusable given their very thick textures almost dry.

it's all well and good to offer special offers, but you have to take the competition into account. in principle, that's what drives everyone forward, knowing how to compete on much more than just the products you sell. that's the golden rule, especially as you're pretty well supplied in terms of products !!!! Searched for something and it doesn't show up, instead the results are rammed with random crap nothing to do with what I seached for, when later I'm browsing and the thing I was looking for is there, huge pain in the ass trying to find anything in particular on this site.

I ordered from 3 stores at the same time on the same day (Monday). One store delivered on Thursday, one on Saturday and this parcel is due to arrive on Monday. All via DHL. I personally think that's too long.
