It's not easy to quickly go back to a previous choice, which makes navigating the site laborious.

Communication problem when we call we always get the answering machine. Small delivery problems despite the price of chrononopost offered. The delivery took place after the planned date because I was worried about the follow-up by telephone.

Very disappointed with the long delay in delivery. The cars purchased are not what they looked like in the publicity photos, they are not replicas but plastic mountable elements. Huge price for something that is not worth it.

The price difference between the price indicated on the website and the ticket was 10€ more without specifying the concept apart from the shipping that was specified. In total, a 49€ model has ended up costing

Once again the order was delayed and did not arrive complete... Yet on the day of purchase ALL products were listed

Slow and cumbersome fulfillment The attraction is the huge range of products. They are not discounted and I have never been asked for a Paypal fee before. Two items shown as in stock turned out not to be, this was irritating and delayed processing of my order. You are not told the supplier is in France which will obviously impact delivery time and cost. All in all three weeks to deliver. Only useful if you cannot find the products elsewhere.

hey I got the wrong version well, I made a mistake when ordering wanted the english copy of blackstone fortress escalation, clicked on the french version. I sent an email requesting that they change my order to the english version. They responded that they made the change. And when it finely came came it was the french version. :-( Partly my fault part customer service

Delivery time relatively long parcel arrives well packed but well almost 10 days to receive a package is too much

Fast, a little more expensive than elsewhere, but with the merit of having paints that I can't find elsewhere. The big drawback is the labels stuck on the paint can reference...so you don't know what's in the can.

There were errors that took a long time to correct and were badly corrected. It's not wonderful

Good site overall, my only regret is my purchase of paint pots and it was difficult to assess the size of the pot and the type of paint because the photos do not all correspond to the product.

The only thing I find a bit dissapointing about the shop, is their price range for model kits. I mean the prices never stay the same. For example, when I buy a model kit at a price of € 24.99 9without shipping costs, the next week this price is suddenly € 37,99, for the same model kit. So prices never stay exactly as they are. If a model kit is on sale, then it's understandable. But if they have a certain positive inventory, they should keep the prices the same. Weither it's € 37,99 or less.

Zeer ontevreden! Een artikel besteld op 06/12/2020 en tot op heden nog steeds niet ontvangen. Na herhaaldelijk contact doen ze me verschillende 'aanbiedingen': 5% korting op volgende aankoop een credietnota terugzenden van artikel (!). Terwijl de wettelijke levertermijn van 30 dagen ruimschoots is overtreden en ik dus recht heb om de verkoopsovereenkomst ongedaan te maken en ze mijn geld terug moeten storten!

Frankly, the preparation is too long and the top of the propeller plate does not correspond at all to the photo. My hpi motor housing is very satisfactory.

My order was launched on 1812 and the package arrived on 141. I judge the service acceptable only in light of the Christmas season and the particular situation due to the pandemic. Normally I would expect faster delivery.

order placed before christmas based on stock given as available on the site but not received on january 11, 2021... making for a disappointed child! 1001maquettes only acknowledged the delayed availability after a complaint (no spontaneous information on the availability of the product).

Such a small package in such a big box! Not very ecological.

The products were great and well packaged, however delivery took 5 weeks to arrive and it was difficult to get a response from. I spent about 3 weeks trying to get in touch with 1001 Modelkits as the delivery tracking info hadn't changed. I can see they've put an email address on their website now so hopefully this will improve. I understand Covid/Brexit/recent weather are causing delays, however I've received similar packages (size and value) from France in less than a week. I would encourage 1001 Modelkits to look at other couriers. I would order again, but expect a long wait for delivery.

Everything is perfect on the 1001 maquettes side, the delivery problem comes from colissimo unfortunately.

While the company boasts of its French headquarters in Isère, my order took over 2 weeks to process and my purchase took almost a month to arrive. They either need to hire more people or make their practices more efficient (or both). On the other hand, my package arrived in perfect condition.
