Still awaiting parcel for item ordered on 21st December 2020. Difficult to contact the vendor to discuss or resolve this issue.

Price a bit high but wide selection

Well-priced TAMIYA acrylic paints. Satisfactory delivery time despite the constraints of the pandemic. Products received in suitable packaging and fully compliant with my order&""" bémo"" : all paint bottles are covered with an adhesive warning against the harmfulness of the adhesive product affixed to the original TAMIYA label ... and masking the reference of the shade ... which can be removed provided you tear it off with the original label! MORE THAN ANNOYING!!! Fortunately, I'd kept my own order list (with reference no. and name).

The kit arrived safe and intact. It was properly packed for long-distance travel this shows me the importance 1001 Hobbies puts into their products.

I ordered a model on the 21st of December. It still hasn't been delivered. The tracking system says they haven't received yet. Message the company 1001 model kits and they haven't reply either ...

I can confirm the long delivery time already described in the other reviews. Unfortunately, the box of the model I ordered was damaged at the corners (torn and dented) although it was properly packed. It must therefore have been sent off with defects. As a gift, this was quite unattractive. Fortunately, the model itself is fine. For the price and a handling fee of almost 10! euros, I expect the goods to be in perfect condition.

The delivery unfortunately took a long time It was stated on the website that there were 120 paint strips in it However, there were only 20 paint strips with 6 jars each so you have 120 jars but not 120 paint strips

Once again I buy a product that is available on the site and that is not really available 3 weeks later.

received a package of a henglong 116 king tiger rc tank and after charging the battery the tank switches off after a few seconds and the headlight doesn't work, so I'm very disappointed.

The order tracking does not work well the page does not give exact information it should be designed in a different way to make it more visible.

Order placed on November 28 and parcel received on December 26! A few days after placing the order, I received an e-mail informing me that one of the products was not in stock, even though I had not been informed of this at the time of ordering. Approximately every 3 days I received the same message, even a duplicate. In mid-December I contacted the seller and again received an e-mail telling me that they were waiting for the product. I was waiting for these models which were intended as Christmas presents! To miss and on top of that to have to buy something else! We are asked to give preference to our French companies to keep the economy going. In the meantime amazone respects their shipping dates to the letter. Very disappointed I will not make any more com

I am aware of the complications of the holidays & Covid that may affect shipping ... but my order from Dec 10th has not arrived yet as of today (Dec 31st). Therefore until my order arrives it is impossible to give a positive review.

Overall disappointed. The order scheduled for delivery by December 21st finally arrived on December 29th...a shame for a Christmas present! The parcel ready to be dispatched from the logistics platform was blocked for 5 days without any explanation from the company I contacted by phone. What's more, 2 of the items advertised as being in stock on the site were found to be awaiting restocking at the time of confirmation...to encourage the customer to order (?) whereas other sales sites clearly indicated that the products were not available for 46 days. It's clumsy, even misleading. In my opinion, you can only give a bad brand image, and this encourages mistrust... disappointing for a site that claims to be of high quality and, what's more, French.

Paid extra $25 for expedited shipping. Has been two weeks since purchase still no item that was paid and ordered. This company is garbage responds in French and takes way too long to respond on inquires. Don�t waste your time or money they are awful.

On the 14th they send an email ""your order is ready"" On the 17th they send the same email (but one item is still missing) on the 22nd ""your order will be shipped shortly"" on the 23rd ""it has been shipped"" as of today 2912 the tracking code does not show up in the database. I prefer less information but correct and true.

I paid roughly $50 for a model plane and another $45 to have it expedited shipping to arrive between December 21 - December 24th before Christmas. Also included in the $45 shipping was a tracking number. Unfortunately the tracking company was only in French so so couldn�t understand it. It is December 29th and I still haven�t received the model. My uncle also Ordered the same model and he is experiencing the same thing. All it says on your website is December 21st your package arrived in your country. Nothing else. I am so disappointed. This Was the model planes my uncle and father flew in Vietnam and I was so excited to get it for him. I don�t even know if it�s still coming or if I lost my money. I choose your company because of all the good reviews.

The prices are quite competitive, the toy offered (monster truck radio ordered) is of good quality and the description was accurate. On the other hand, delivery times were not respected: order placed on 312 for delivery within 2-4 days. Order received on 1812, just in time for Christmas. However, payment was received
