Would be better, but it's a shame that items considered available on the site at the time of ordering are no longer available when the order is dispatched? Curious, hence useless waste of time

Hello I received my R5 Turbo model in the post. But the package was folded in two. However nothing is broken inside. I find it shocking to see this kind of delivery principles.

Delivery times too long

Bought a model Ferrari for my son. Transaction went through easily enough. However, the model came from France and the tracking information (translated from French) suggested it might take 30 days before delivery. Contacted 1001Modelkits to ask for clarification and did not receive any reply. Slightly disappointing. The model did turn up, however, a few days later. So alls well that ends well. Just please, reply to correspondence.

Although the goods ordered were of high quality, I feel the service was slow for this day and age with misleading dates quoted on the tracking facility.

5 days to prepare a parcel is much too long and I missed my gift for an 8 year old boy.

Order placed on July 10, received on July 28. However, the product was in stock. The order remained in process for nearly 15 days, except for the debiting of the invoice, which was immediate and not carried out on the day of dispatch.

I received your package from France to California USA in 3 days! Amazing service during this pandemic. My only complaint is that I did not realize the electric racetrack would have European plugs. Guess I missed that info in the product description. A quick run to the drug store to get an adapter solved the problem.

I had to wait a very long time for the model building boxes and the delivery man could not find my address??These apartments have been there for eight years!!!

In general, everything was fine, until a major problem arose recently when certain items were noted as being "in stock" and when the order was placed, they became "in restocking", which is not far from a dishonest procedure, especially as these same items said to be "in restocking" on the order summary remain "available" on the site. In practice, this means they take the order without knowing when or if they'll get it. Not very fair

Very slow postage took weeks for my items to arrive. Then disappointed when it finally arrived the shell that came was clear when I was expecting a painted one

From 69 euro shipping it is free shipping it says on the site you come to pay comes directly 1099 euro I find it a lot of money for the volume of the kit you get and also little information around it Long shipping time

Only problem: delivery a little slow

I have missing parts in the model I had bought, received the model on the 13th July still not resolved now the 26th. Not impressed with the after sales support. Model kit was a Heller 1/125 scale Ariane V only 40 piece kit, 12 pieces missing ( full spruce). It���s now the 11th of August and still no parts, been told that they are being sent from 1001 model kits Vendor, who have still to send them, totally not happy with the sale support received, I have had to contact 1001 myself to get updates. Which seems to be no progress

Package received promptly...however packaging not very discreet (bubble wrap) the package can be stolen or as is my case my son received the package only it was his birthday gift

The model itself is the size we wanted, but it's one thing for the chassis to clip on poorly to the passenger compartment. You'll have to work a little harder. But that the windshield doesn't match the Volkswagen newbeetle we ordered is quite another. I've tried to contact you without success. No one answers. So ordering another model is not advisable. Assembly too simple, done in 1 hour by a 16-year-old. Plastic vehicle

If there was a zero rating l would use it. I ordered 2 separate decal sheets. One said ships today and the other said ships in 3-6 business days. After 14 days l contacted them and they told me one 1 item was out of stock and they advised they were looking for another supplier. I asked them to send me the one item they had and they refused. I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund they refused stating their logistics would make that impossible. They also advised that their ""logistician""??? could not perform that function. They are as bad as the Chinese company Goutuin. They advertised and sold merchandise they didn't have and they also reused refund. In closing 1001 Hobby kits sucks and I will never do business with them again and recommend that you don't either.

I was very upset when UPS sent me an email telling me my F-106 model had been delivered and UPS had not been seen on the street I live on. So I start a claim against UPS and the claim was denied because only the shipper can file a claim. On the third evening while I was working on the claim I received a phone call from someone 4 blocks away informing me that they had my shipment. It was addressed to me but had the wrong address on the package. This kind person researched my name and found my address and they were on the to deliver it. I checked the order and my mailing address was correct. Someone at the shippers end entered the wrong address. The model looks great but I will have to find a way to remove the decals and put the set I ordered on. I wish they produce the aircraft model without decals so customers then apply what they want on them.

Very good communication, but unfortunately the box was damaged when I received the parcel (although the contents seem to be in good condition). I would also have appreciated it if delivery problems had been announced on the site (which advertised delivery in 48 hours) before the order was placed and not just afterwards in the
