Products a bit expensive and slow in delivery

The free shipping is excessively slow. I have an online store and the free shipping is 48 hours maximum.

Made in Chezc Republic that's the problem not user friendly extremely difficult to remove parts from plastic casting feeder lines. Leaving rough edges that need to be carefully cut down to fit. So far haven't found a cement that adheres to their type of plastic. After ship models and many aircraft models this is absolutely the worst i have ever incountered. trying to contact someone at 1001 for advice on 0490034 cement.

Unable to set the average (2.5), I opted for the low option... Despite a well-stocked catalog, my first two orders took too long to process for my liking: almost 15 days between order and receipt, with: products indicated as being in stock when in fact they weren't; very long reaction times for order tracking information; slightly expensive delivery to a relay point; a surprisingly long delivery time; no contact form on the site and no reply to messages sent by mail....; despite everything, the products were received and were exactly as ordered. By way of comparison, when I didn't see my second order arrive, I placed an order on a competitor's site: same products delivered to my home within two days of placing the order, and with the same costs.

Product in stock at time of order, delay far too long + express delivery paid in addition which does not deliver to my home because coli supposedly too large. Suoer combo. I ordered the same day something else on flash rc received the next day!!!! I do not recommend

Fast delivery but the product does not correspond to the photos on the website. I wanted the old version of the model ordered, the one corresponding to the illustrations on the site, but I received the old version which I really like mo

Ordered only 4 small items including a TX antenna for an old radio. I received the envelope with the correct delivery note, but only 3 items, the antenna not included (they can't count to 4?). No solution by phone, I had to send an e-mail and fill in ""Attestation sur l'honneur de réception de commande manquant"". The antenna had to be registered (resulting in a delay of 9 or 10 days), so where was the antenna that should have been in the e-mail?

Wide choice of models and accessories, but prices too high compared with other sites, so only use them to order products you can't find elsewhere.

Order placed on 240719 Package arrived damaged and late (arrive on 010819) although I had taken Colissimo to have it no later than July 30 for a birthday.

The order arrived in good time. The Humbrol HU76 paint can was probably a bit old as a 5mm crust of dry paint covered the paint on the can. A pity, but it only concerns this brand.

Small package containing three small pots of paint, barely taped and therefore half stale. Frankly lousy

Hello Very disappointed with the date of receipt of the package. To pay 7.99 euros to have it after 5 days. I find that a bit steep. Other free parcels arrive in 48h Cordiale

what I ordered arrived when I expected in good order

Okay Was able to receive a product I wanted yet there was no tracking to US and it took considerably longer than expected (34 days). Unfortunately these were gifts and one had been previously opened and taped shut and both packages were crushed although the external packaging showed no damage.

Really expensive for what its my dad was disappointed because its other model another site its better compare to yours

Products conform to the order mastodontic delivery time despite the outlay for fast delivery that in addition to being slow is very expensive

A very mediocre service they sell and charge references that appear in stock and then it is not true.The transport company disappeared ..... a very bad experience after paying in advance...... do not deliver all products paid and can take up to a month and a half in delivery. This is my first purchase and I am disappointedI am very hesitant to continue as a customer.

I was surprised by the 12-day delivery time mentioned on the article but not really highlighted... You should also review your notification system: I received no less than 25 emails notifying me of each micro-step in the order and delivery process.

Very good model, only one drawback. It would have been nice to have a detailed document on the tools needed and the useful colors for each of the models. This would have saved me time, as I have to find the necessary colors, which is currently blocking me.

The package arrived in good order

Out of an order of 8 items, one arrived wrong (possibly due to a mistake by the warehouse worker in reading the code). Now I find myself with one item not requested and one to be requested again. As a start it is not very promising.

The whole purchase itself has been correct but 10€ shipping costs for a time of between 7-10 working days seems excessive both financially and in waiting times. If the shipping is free I think those times are acceptable but since you pay 10 € should be given a better service.

Good range of models. Quick delivery and good updates on order progress. Only problem new product emails come with dollar sign as prices not pounds uk.

Despite availability of quite high postage costs and a promise of 4-7 days delivery time, the goods only arrived after 22 days! Tracking was not possible despite the tracking number. When asked, they said that the selected shipping method takes a long time by default. Why don't they just write that it takes 4-30 days? The customer is deliberately being taken for a ride... The customer is being taken for a ride with the 4-7 information! *shakes head* And: if a product is available, it should also be in stock. Otherwise you can't dispose of it.... If available meant that the item existed in the world, the designation would be useless in an online store.

Slow in delivery quite slow

It took 10 days for the order to be sent (and not 8 as stated on my order history, and even 8 days is a long time), then the delivery time in total took 21 days for the parcel to arrive, almost as long as Chinese sites. What's more, the free delivery conditions weren't clear.
